The Georgia CNA Association is pleased to provide members with access to the CNA Care Benefit Plan, an affordable benefit plan option for CNA’s and allied healthcare individuals throughout the state of Georgia. Members of the Association (only $35 in annual Association dues) can access these benefits using the ENROLL HERE link above using a secure website. The healthcare option is as low as $58.71 per month with options available for dental and vision coverage.
